“The blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John 1:7
There is squeaky clean. There is Clorox clean. There is Oxiclean. But there is no clean as thorough as blood clean.
The blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.
If you have ever felt like there is one sin for which God won’t forgive you, you are not alone. Most of us have felt that way. It is for that sin in particular that God gives you this particular promise. When God says that the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses from ALL sin, he means ALL.
Right now identify one sin that stands out above all the others for which you have felt unforgivable. Take this blood promise and apply it now over your sin. God wants you to be blood clean.
Loving Father, I freely admit that I have felt unforgivable from this one particular sin… (name it now). I shout this blood promise— the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. I am forgiven because of your blood promise. I am clean. I am free in Jesus’ name.
