India on Fire
India on Fire
On this day, August 11, in the Year of our Lord 1906, the manifest presence of Christ was poured out in Akidu Yellamanchili, India. Meetings lasted ten hours at a time, and in some places, far longer.
Pastors reported, “There is no order of service, no leader, no sermon in any meeting, except the divine order of the Spirit as He leads. Be it noted that there has been absolutely no human instrument in this wonderful visitation. Missionaries have taken no part in it except to pray, not even that in public at first.” On the same day, August 11, revivals broke out simultaneously, without any human orchestration, in various places throughout these cities in India.
Father God, do it again today! Pour out Your Holy Spirit today across India.
