Blessed Are the Broken, Bold Ones

Blessed Are the Broken, Bold Ones

“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” Matthew 5:5

Meekness is not weakness; it is brokenness and boldness.

Jesus began his earthly ministry by declaring eight sequential blessings, each of which unlocks a kingdom promise. This promise, shall inherit the earth, is a far reaching, significant promise.

This promise is entirely counterintuitive—no one would think that a meek person would inherit the earth. In the genius of God, however, it makes perfect sense.

Moses was called “the meekest man on the face of the earth” (Numbers 12:3), and he was one of the greatest leaders who ever lived.

A meek leader is one who’s self-will has been broken and brought under the authority of Christ.

A prideful, self-willed leader is dangerous.

A meek leader, who’s self-will has been broken and harnessed by the will of God, is the strongest force on the face of the earth.

Loving Father, I surrender my will to you today. Break my self-will. I subjugate my will to yours in Jesus name.

Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Mauritius and Colorado.
