Blessed Blind Faith
“Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29
God is a God of light, and yet often calls us to obey him before we receive full revelation. During those times, God calls us to trust him in the dark.
When Thomas barged into the room and demanded to put his fingers in Jesus’ wounds, His savior accommodated his unbelief. The seeing and touching elevated Thomas’s faith, and the disciple cried out, “My Lord and my God!”
Jesus took this moment to speak a blessing over the countless generations of believers who would trust Christ without physically touching his wounds.
There is a distinct blessing Christ wants to give you today for trusting God without too much revelation. God wants to bless you when you trust Him in the dark.
Loving Father, I do trust in you with all my heart even when I don’t have all the answers.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Micronesia and Iowa.
