Suffered and Blessed
Suffered and Blessed
“But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you will be blessed.” 1 Peter 3:14
Sometimes you suffer when you deserve it. Other times you suffer unjustly— for righteousness’ sake.
You can suffer for righteousness’ sake for many reasons:
-When you are mocked for being a Christian.
-When friends don’t include you in certain activities because of your convictions.
-When you face social or physical persecution because you are a Christian with a moral conscience.
God wants you to know that he always notices when you suffer for righteousness’ sake.
He not only notices, he has a special blessing to give to you. And that is a promise.
If you have been mistreated because of your moral conscience and your loyalty to Christ, don’t focus on your suffering, focus on your blessing.
Loving father, I choose today the blessing of suffering rather than the ease of compromise in Jesus’ name.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Greenland and South Dakota.
