Blessed Vigilance
“Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!” Revelation 16:15
Moral integrity is indispensable if you want the blessing of God.
The Book of Revelation contains seven blessings. The third blessing is for the morally vigilant who run from compromise and guard their moral integrity with their lives.
True righteousness comes from Christ alone, to those who keep their garments on, and not go naked or exposed.
Jesus said, “in the last days, lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold” (Matthew 24:12.)
This is a good warning for every Christian today.
Flee pornography. Run from temptation. Guard your heart from compromise.
Choose the blessing of moral integrity.
Loving Father, I choose holiness, righteousness, and moral vigilance in Jesus’ name.
