The Blessing of Belonging
“Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates.” Revelation 22:14
There is no greater fulfillment than being the right person in the right place at the right time. This is the blessing of belonging.
The seventh and final blessing in the Book of Revelation is the blessing of belonging.
Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates.
Being in the right place, that they may enter the city by the gates.
At the right time, that they may have the right to the tree of life.
Wearing the right clothes, those who wash their robes.
This is the blessing of belonging, and this is the blessing God has for you when you are in Christ.
This blessing of belonging is not just for time, but for eternity. Heaven is the extended blessing of belonging that will never be taken away.
When you are in Christ, you are the right person in the right place at the right time.
When you are in Christ, you have the blessing of belonging.
Loving Father, thank you for adopting me as your child and for giving me access to your presence that will never be taken from me in Jesus’ name.
