Hopeful Spirit
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.. Romans 15:13
Do not underestimate the power of hope. God not only wants you to have hope, He wants you to overflow with hope.
Our God is a God of hope. From His perspective there is never a hopeless person, hopeless cause, or hopeless situation. If you have hopelessness, you did not get it from God.
God not only wants you to have hope, He wants you to overflow with it. To the extent that hopelessness has encroached into your spirit, today is the day for a change. Don’t drag hopelessness around like a ball and chain on your ankle. Allow the God of hope to break off your hopelessness and fill you today with hope.
Father God, I repent of hopelessness—I renounce it in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Fill me now by the power of the Holy Spirit. I receive a fresh baptism of hope, in Jesus’ Name.
