Jesus, the Great I AM
Jesus, the Great I AM
I AM, and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of power, and coming with the clouds of heaven. Mark 14:62
As you pray today, it is important to declare the supremacy of Christ.
On the night of His execution Christ was put on trial by the Jews. The High Priest asked, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?” (Mark 14:61), to which Jesus replied in a most profound way. In His native Greek language, He declared two words of unmistakable distinction, “Ego Eimi,” which literally means, “I, I AM.” Jesus was the only person in history to ever make this declaration, using these words of dramatic emphasis. The High Priest knew immediately what He was saying as Christ declared Himself to be God, the great I AM.
The account says, “and the High Priest tore his garments and said, … ‘You have heard his blasphemy!’” Then they spit on Christ and struck Him with repeated blows to His face.
While the religious leaders of Jesus’ day rejected His Name, today, you can declare the efficacy, potency, and supremacy of His Name. Jesus is indeed the great I AM.
Father God, I declare today the supremacy of Christ above all things. He is the great I AM. Hallowed be Your Name.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Samoa and Colorado.
