Come to the Waters
Come, everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters… come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Isaiah 55:1
When God invites you to come to Him, He is not only giving you permission, He is giving you divine empowerment. Never walk away from God’s invitation to come, or you will be missing out on an opportunity of a lifetime.
Every time God invites you to come to Him, He is inviting you to step into His manifest presence because you obviously cannot come closer to God’s omnipresence. When you hear His voice call you to come today, do not harden your heart. Take God at His word. Believe Him and obey Him. Approach Him. Come with confidence. Come ready to receive.
You may not have been thirsty for His presence before you heard His invitation to come, but when you hear His invitation, fresh spiritual thirst will suddenly rise from your innermost being. You don’t need money, but you do need receptivity. Drink deeply from His presence today.
Lord Jesus, I come to Your living waters. You give me permission, and You give me empowerment. Fill me now with Your glorious presence.
