I, I AM the Door
I, I AM the Door
I AM the Door. John 10:7, 9
Christ is the Door and the Doorkeeper. He shuts doors that are impossible to open, and He opens doors that are impossible to shut. Of the seven “I AM” self disclosures Jesus gives in the Gospel of John, this Name has strategic significance for us as we pray.
When He said, “I AM the Door,” He wants us to understand that every significant breakthrough we want and need in life is under His dominion. For this reason, He identifies Himself as the One who has all breaker anointing and all door-opening capability. Ultimately, Christ alone opens the door for us into eternal life. He also opens the door for us into abundant life.
The next words Jesus said after identifying Himself as the Door in John 10 are, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
As you declare Christ, the Door, ask Him what doorways to life and abundant living He has for you today.
Christ, You are the great I AM. Today I declare You as the Door and the Doorkeeper. Reveal the doors You are opening for kingdom advancement today.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Solomon Islands and Maine.
