Revival Psalm 24 - Day 1
Revival Psalm 24 - Day 1
The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein. Psalm 24:1
Declaring with prayer the rightful ownership of Christ over the earth is not only appropriate; it is strategic. Psalm 24 is one of the great revival songs in the Bible. We will learn to declare Psalm 24 the way it was meant to be prayed.
Psalm 24 begins with the strategic declaration, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein!” This is not wishful thinking; this is reality. Headline news may not acknowledge it. Rebellious nations and false religions will defy it. It is reality, nonetheless, and it is part of our God-given privilege to declare into the heavenlies the rightful ownership of Christ over the earth. Once we prayerfully establish this perimeter of Christ’s supremacy around us, it makes prayer much easier.
The Lord’s prayer pattern includes a similar declaration of truth, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” The declaration of, “The earth is the Lord’s” is part of this same your kingdom come declaration.
Loving Father, I declare today the supremacy of Christ over the earth. The earth belongs to you. The earth on which I now stand, the earth around me, and to the ends of the earth - it all rightfully belongs to Christ. Come and take your rightful place over us. Be enthroned over all the earth.
Please PRAY!
We are asking God for the remaining world countries and U.S.A. states to receive the training of the College of Prayer. Pray with us today for Liechtenstein and South Dakota.
