Revival Psalm 24 - Day 2

Revival Psalm 24 - Day 2

Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in His holy place? Psalm 24:3

Don’t waste your life climbing the wrong mountain. If you want to fulfill your life purpose, ascend the hill of the Lord.

Psalm 24 begins by declaring God’s ownership over the entire earth. It then shifts to giving a select invitation to God’s people to encounter God in His manifest presence. Every hill on the earth enjoys God’s omnipresence, but “the hill of the Lord” is reserved for His manifest presence. Christ has redeemed you in order to invite you to enjoy living in His uninterrupted manifest presence. Just think—to “stand in His holy place” means that you have been invited into a privileged place. Will you respond today to this invitation?

The question is rightfully asked of all the inhabitants of the earth, “Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord?” Will you? Will you press into God’s manifest presence? The follow-up question is equally engaging, “Who shall stand in His holy place?” Will you? Will you stand in His manifest presence?

While everyone has access to God’s omnipresence, there are specific requirements for those who will encounter His manifest presence—clean hands, pure heart, and a genuine hunger for Christ. You are invited. Do you qualify? There is no higher honor.

Lord Jesus, I accept Your invitation today. I will ascend Your hill and stand in Your manifest presence. What an honor!
