Life-Giving Presence
by Jon Mitchell on January 27th, 2024
The desire God has for us to pray shows us his desire for us to experience revival. Prayer is our lifeline, our connection, and our communication with our Creator, the giver and sustainer of life. Only the One who gives life can bring back to life a dead or dying soul. And the miracle is, God doesn’t just give life once, He gives it over and over to those who seek His life-giving presence.   Read More

Draw a Circle
by Jon Mitchell on January 26th, 2024
In the late 1800’s into the mid 1900’s there was a popular evangelist from London who ministered heavily between Great Britain and the US. His name was Rodney “Gypsy” Smith and he never attended school, yet he spoke at Harvard and met with Presidents. He preached the gospel to millions and saw revival in the lives of countless believers.   Read More

Revival Brings Unity
by Sherry Hartley on January 25th, 2024
When revival comes to the church, there is unity among the believers. As believers are cleansed from their sins, they confess to one another and forgive one another. There is a new transparency that occurs in our relationships with each other. We can be ourselves and not have to project a version of ourselves that is false. We have true community and love for one another.  Read More

Revival Brings Repentance
by Sherry Hartley on January 23rd, 2024
“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” Matthew 3:2, 4:17 Both John the Baptist and Jesus began their ministries with these words. Their words and preaching definitely brought revival to people. One of the signs of revival taking place is repentance.  Read More

Experiencing Revival at the Feet of Jesus
by Fred Hartley, IV on January 22nd, 2024
Now as they went on their way, Jesus entered a village. And a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to his teaching. But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she went up to him and said, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone?   Read More

Christ’s Reviving Presence in Our Homes
by Fred Hartley, IV on January 20th, 2024
“And David was afraid of the Lord that day, and he said, “How can the ark of the Lord come to me?” So David was not willing to take the ark of the Lord into the city of David. But David took it aside to the house of Obed-edom the Gittite. And the ark of the Lord remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite three months, and the Lord blessed Obed-edom and all his household.” 2 Samuel 6:9-11  Read More

Personal Revival
by Luis Calderon on January 17th, 2024
I firmly believe that the Lord longs to give us revival on a personal, family, and city level. Therefore, I have selected three different passages from the Bible to illustrate it over the next 3 days. Personal Revival: Let's start by defining what revival is.  Read More

Revival Starts With Rejoicing
by Rebecca Holcomb on January 13th, 2024
The word rejoice is found 199 times in the NKJV translation of the Bible. I guess it is pretty important to God that we rejoice. I have found that rejoicing takes a level of humility. We often need to repent (change the way we think) before we can rejoice. When we are seeing God for who he is and believe every promise of every one of his names, we will have enough reason to rejoice.  Read More

The Power of Testimony
by Rebecca Holcomb on January 12th, 2024
Information, facts, and knowledge reach the head but not the heart. We can argue about truth all we want, but when we give a testimony, it goes straight to the heart. Jesus shared stories because they cross from the left-brain intellect into the right brain and experience is shared and becomes personal. God is spirit and we worship him in spirit and truth. Truth shared in a testimony latches onto people’s hearts and allows them to experience God by hearing what he did for them.  Read More

Repent, Believe, and Proclaim
by Rebecca Holcomb on January 11th, 2024

“I will”
by Jon Mitchell on January 10th, 2024
The cure for our lukewarm hearts is the personal reviving presence of Jesus. He is, after all, Emmanuel, God with us. In fact, he promises His reviving presence to those who will open the door and let him in. In Revelation 3:20 Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he will eat with me.” Every time Jesus says, "I will", it’s a promise, and this is one of the greatest "I will" promises Jesus ever made.  Read More

Consuming Fire
by Jon Mitchell on January 9th, 2024
Recently I was driving down the road and noticed lots of smoke coming from behind a house. As I approached the home, I saw flames probably 10 feet high and was immediately concerned. As I passed the house, I was relieved to discover that it was a large bonfire intentionally set by the homeowners (a little too close to the house if you ask me). Other drivers were also slowing down, observing the fire. This illustrates something we have long known—fire draws people's attention.  Read More

Don’t Wait
by Jon Mitchell on January 8th, 2024
I’ve noticed over the years that many Christians spend a lot of time praying for revival in our churches and nations, and rightly so, we should. However, what about revival in our own life? If I truly want revival now, it can happen, but perhaps not where I would expect, and sometimes not the place, if I’m honest, where I desire it—in my own life.  Read More

Pray Through for Breakthrough
by Jon Mitchell on January 7th, 2024
Can we be honest for a moment? We generally like life to be easy. It’s why we have microwaves, fast food restaurants, and spell check. If we are given a choice between learning something new or sticking with what’s familiar, we will generally choose the familiar. But there are certain breakthroughs in the kingdom of God that require us to get uncomfortable and take new steps of faith.   Read More
